Patrick began his post-OACS life by enlisting in the regular US Air Force as a procurement specialist; later completing his obligation in the Air National Guard. Pat completed a semester at GCC, transferred to SUNY Alfred and earned his BS degree in Marketing from Syracuse University in 1980. Upon college graduation Pat was selected by the John Hancock Company to participate in an elite Marketing Management training program in Boston. He obtained his CLU and ChFC professional designations. Pat established a pattern of success in insurance and investment sales at John Hancock. Pat made the decision to stay in Boston and later co-founded M3 Capital Advisors, LLC, a boutique wealth management firm serving entrepreneurs and high net worth families in the greater Boston area. Pat is recognized by clients as a trusted advisor and industry groups as a seasoned marketing executive with over 35 years of experience, a proven leader in Business Development, Relationship Management, Client Management, Networking and driving revenue growth extension among existing and new client bases. Patrick is a well-established strategic connector for non-profit fundraising and board development.

Pat is active in his community and has served on many boards using his leadership skills as past president Waltham Rotary Club, Executive Board member Waltham Boys & Girls Club, Elder at Presbyterian Church, Coach Waltham Police Athletic League, Board Member YMCA, Cub Scout leader, and Warrendale Little League coach.

His passion is supporting efforts aimed at changing odds for underprivileged youth. A principal example of this commitment to social justice, Pat took a 2-year sabbatical to lead The TRUST Project, a non-profit mentoring organization geared at curbing the high school drop-out rate in Boston schools. With the help of his board, Patrick worked with Boston's philanthropic funding group, the Mayor and other community leaders to successfully merge the Trust Project with a larger non-profit. The critical work begun in the 1990s continues in an expanded and sustainable platform.

After completing the sabbatical, Patrick returned to the M3 Advisory Group serving his clients' wealth management needs while pursuing his passion for at-risk youth by returning for second executive board term on his hometown Waltham Boys & Girls Club. Pat continues his work in inner city Boston, serving on board at the BASE, a cutting-edge mentoring program using the power and passion of sports to transform the lives. The BASE is re-imagining the pathways to success for urban youth.

Pat is also a member of the Community Leadership Council at Boston based Benjamin Franklin Institute of Technology. Pat serves to help support the school mission to develop and raise awareness on how we prepare our young people for jobs that require more than a high school education, but not necessarily a four-year college degree. Only 37% of the population holds the appropriate training to fill the gap. Pat is working to change this for the better of local and nationwide employment. Pat considers it a privilege to mentor young people.

Pat's impressive professional achievements combined with long his history of giving back to his community and paying it forward make him a role model for all current and future OACS students and Alumni. Patrick resides in Waltham, MA with his wife Liz and 3 adult sons.
